CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES
STOCKED ITEMS: 10th December 2022
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: 20th November 2022
To avoid disappointment please ensure you order your stocked, non 'Made to order' products prior to 10th December 2022 to ensure you items arrives in time for Christmas.
For all 'Made to order' products please ensure you order by the 20th November 2022 to ensure your items can be made and delivered before Christmas.
Check product listing details to see if it is 'Made to order' before ordering to avoid disappointment.
Note that due to the added demand on the courier network, you may need to allow additional time for your order to arrive, in some more extreme cases we are seeing it take 5-10 days from pick up before it is delivered.
If you order after the 14th December 2022 there is a good chance that your order will not arrive time for Christmas Day.

Holiday shut down period:
20th December 2022 to 10th January 2023
This means that any orders received after the 20th December 2022 will not be processed or sent until we return on the 10th January 2023.
Please ensure you plan ahead and order everything you need prior to us closing on the 20th December 2022 to avoid disappointment.
You can continue to place orders over our shut down period, however please remember these will not be processed until we return on the 10th January 2023.
